Home Help Services are charged as a flat rate of £16.00 per hour.

On our first visit please allow us some extra time in getting to know our way around your home and your wishes so we can meet your needs. This shouldn’t take any longer than 20-30 minutes and we will take notes as we go.

You have choices in whichever way you would like to pay for our services – Bank transfer, set up a monthly standing order with your bank, use your pay pal account or cash (payable at the end of each shift). You can find this information in our ways to pay section

Home Cleaning services – we keep our prices so competitive because we use cleaning products and equipment provided by our clients.

End of tenancy clean from £145.00 (all cleaning products, vacuum, broom, mop& bucket must be available to use).

One off Spring clean from £95.00

One off deep clean from £110.00 (all cleaning products, vacuum, mop& bucket must be available to use)

General cleaning of a flat/apartment/bungalow £14.50 p/h
General cleaning of a home with two levels £16.50 p/h

General cleaning of a home over three levels £18.50 p/h

(the minimum time that can be spent on a general clean is 2 hours)

Before we begin any regular work in your home e.g. a weekly general clean, we will come to visit you so we can tailor your needs and fulfil your expectations of Ladybird Services and discuss how we are going to gain entry each week.

ANY CANCELLATIONS SHOULD BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OR YOU WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY.
